A Túngara Frog (Engystomops pustulosus) photographed near Golfo Dulce, Costa Rica. These remarkable amphibians are known for their unique breeding behavior, where males create foam nests for their eggs by mixing air bubbles with their mating calls, producing a distinctive 'tún-gara' sound. Their warty, dark-colored skin helps them blend perfectly with their muddy, leaf-littered habitat.
