Young women from the National Geographic Photo Camp participate in a traditional Crow push dance—the indigenous two-step—during golden hour on the grounds of Little Big Horn College. These cultural activities, interspersed throughout the photography program, helped strengthen connections between participants while providing an immersive experience that went beyond technical training to embody what it means to be Apsáalooke in the modern world.
